Tetranor 20% is an antibiotic, with bacteriostatic action against a large number of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms (like Streptococci, Staphylococci, Pasteurella spp., Brucella spp., Corynebacteria spp., Erysipelothrix, Coliforms, Salmonella), Rickettsiae, Mycoplasmas, Chlamydia, and some protozoa.
